Releasing Some Love
After Mug's birthday party, I think we were all needing a little down time for our Monday. Good thing too, this little munchkin woke up totally boogery with what appears to be {yet} another yucky virus.
And this one was just exhausted from a nap-free weekend. Yes, that's right. A weekend completely void of one nap. We also did not really do any Valentine activities at home since I have vowed to always make Mug's birthday {which is on Valentine's Day} the focus of that day.
We also had a ton of balloons left over from the party. I thought the kids might get a kick out of releasing them. And I would get a kick out of not having 20 deflating balloons floating around the house at night waking me up thinking there was a robber inside {true story}. We wrote out some Bible verses that the kids helped me pick out about God's love and tied them to the end of the balloons. We prayed that someone who needed them would find them.
And so, there you have it! A fun little way to share God's love.
