You Gotta TRY This!!

I had heard about Tracy Anderson from a few people. I decided to check her method out. It's pretty cool and hard! She is not typically my style, she is very mellow and chill, but I LOVE her treadmill workout! Watch this video (pause my playlist). You don't have to watch the whole thing {unless you want!}, just the first 1:45. If you hate running or love running, you should try this to shake things up! I did it the other day for 20 minutes. You have to sort of work up to a good speed once you get the hang of it. It takes a few minutes to really get it! Kimbo and Lauren...get ready! We are SO doing this!!!

Lucky for me, I am still waiting to go to the doctor to get cleared for workout! Maybe I should start practicing on my own before I join you two. I am ready to get back into things, but man, I don't know how I'll function unless Griffin starts miraculously sleeping through the night. Six weeks old. That's possible, huh?

Yes, I'm sure we got strange looks, but it was fun! I feel so good now! Kimberly, join us! I'm not in great shape yet, but you can do it at your own level!

Oh my goodness...there was a girl next to me on the tredmill the other day doing THIS and I thought she was nuts! I might just have to try it.
