4 Months of Cuteness

"How great is the love the Father lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!" 1 John 3:1
Little REW is growing up so quickly! Could it be four months already? Yet it seems like we have always had her! She is changing so quickly. She is my little sweet lady. I still cannot believe how faithful God is to give me such a doll baby. Sleeps anywhere, goes anywhere, sits anywhere and does it all with a smile. Thank you, Jesus! I see it, know it and appreciate what an easy baby you have given me!
While all of that probably sounds like a joke to you, I am serious. Tristan, bless his heart, was so difficult as a baby. Maybe that means I am in for it from her as a toddler, but for now, I am just letting it be! REW is still sleeping beside me in her moses basket! Gasp, I know. I am lazy. She still gets up around 4-5a.m. and truthfully, I don't want to get up and go upstairs if she will go right back to sleep until 9 a.m. I have made goal dates to move her, but they have come and gone. Oops. Don't judge me.
Her hair is still voluminous and crazy, simply put. When we had her pictures made, the photog seemed taken aback by it's shape. He asked me to put something in it to hold it down. We did. 10 minutes later, mohawk city. So, we wear bows upon bows. That is really more just me though--her mohawk is cute and highly sought after....for most toddler boys we know. She does not seem that big, BUT her thighs are huge. I have to laugh, because that is exactly my build! Sorry, sista!
Her cheeks are to die for and oh my goodness, her eyes are stunning and BLUE!
She does a funny little sit-up/crunch thing. She is my girl, already workin' out those abs! She wants to sit up so badly. I put her in her bumbo in front of Mug and she just watches him and laughs! She LOVES that kid! I see her mentally taking notes in her head. She watches his every move and I just pray he loves her that much once she can interact with him!
The other night in the middle of the night, she all of the sudden woke up and just started hysterically laughing! Belly laughs and yells! It was one in the morning, but so funny. I wonder if she dreamed something? What was it? I have never heard a child do that before. That is sort of her personality though. So laughy and easy going. So different than the rest of us. I already think she is going to be more of a laid back person. Not necessarily making the jokes, but laughing at other people's jokes a lot! Does that make sense? We'll see if that happens!
Her likes: Milk, Me, Mug, Daddy, Bumbo, nap time, soothie pacifiers, basketball on TV, church music, and most of all....Bath time!
Dislikes: carseat
I take her for her check up tomorrow. I will update the post with her stats! For now...just lovin' this fleeting baby age!

She is beautiful! I love that hair! Payton is giving her a run for her money in the hair department. There is nothing that keeps it down. Bring on the bows!

pretty baby girl!! Avery stayed in my room for more than 6 months- she was sleeping all the way through the night for more than 4 of those :) I just like having her close. Once she started being uncomfortable and waking in the night, then I took her to her room. NO judgment here! She's a doll!

She is a doll! I love how you are such a study of your kids...and know them so intricately. You do a good job of appreciating every little thing about them and that is so neat. Good Mommy!!!

I understand how excited you would be with an EASY baby- trust me! She is a doll baby! And no judging from me b/c my child still wakes up in the night and if she was small enough- she may be beside me too!
