It was a year ago this weekend that our beloved pugs got out of the yard. It was the worst day of my life so far. As all of you know, they returned to us and are doing well. I must admit, though it saddens me to do so, the pugs have taken a backseat with Tristan here. Still, they are our babies and we love them. Tristan is totally enamored with them as you can see! They are his favorite toys. He makes little noises and squeals with excitement when he sees them. Here's to the crazy old pugs, Frankie and Emmitt!

Tristan loves his brother and sister! Glad to see Frankie is tolerating him! Maybe she's starting to like T more because of the papazan chair she's now getting to sleep in!
Great post...I love all the pics!
cor,
you should have seen her yesterday when i was taking those pictures! she was totally cornered on the couch and she shed about 3 handfuls of hair b/c she was so nervous with him tounching her! it was hilarious!
i meant to say "touching" her.
We used to have two fawn pugs, Maddie and Maxx, I'll always have a special place in my heart for pugs, they are the loudest, snortiest, sweetest doges ever! Maybe one day we will get another one. But for now, we remain dogless, so I'll just have to get my pug fix from you! I'm glad they are still safe and sound!
Ah, babies and pugs together are the best!! It's so funny, because Winston and Sela are the same way with babies. They get nervous and shy away but by the time they are a year old or more, they love to run around with them! Actually, what I found ADORABLE was when I babysat my little niece one time when she was about 2 months old and Sela became so protective of her! She wouldn't let Winston or Boo Kitty anywhere around her. Thanks for the pics!
Aww! So sweet!
Caden (and Carson too, of course) LOVES our dogs. He giggles and grins every time they cross his path. It's very fun, and I'm glad they will be such good friends.
Awww....I can't get over how much Tristan has grown, but also how tiny he is. He is such a cutie, Nicki! I have thought many times about how Maggie and Marlee will handle a little one running around some day. They have had lots of practice with my nephew, but he leaves after a while!
It looks like they tolerate him pretty well. Do they still have full reign of your house?
Lucy is very curious about Samuel right now, but Desi could care less - perfectly fitting for their personalities.
audrey,
the pugs no longer have full reign. they are now officially dogs and not humans. it was a sad change for them. usually they get a good dose of lovin' when mug goes to bed.
I'm glad T loves them! We need to get James around your pugs, because he LOVES "doggies"!
