Patriot is here!

Hey guys! Our blogger buddy, Kelly, had her baby on Thursday at 7:45 p.m. Yes, he was early, she was not quite 36 weeks yet. Get this, her water broke at the title company as they were CLOSING ON A HOUSE!! ahhhh! They got a house and a baby in the same day!! If you know Kelly and Josh, you know that could only happen to them!! They are such happy go lucky people and such good sports. I would have had an absolute panic attack! Anyway, Patriot came with no problems, Kelly did fantastic--her labor was pretty quick. Actually, the whole thing mimicked mine, so we got a laugh out of that. Patriot even weighed 7 lb. 2 0z. just like T! Please say prayers for Patriot and his mommy and daddy. Since he was early, he is having help from a breathing machine, which is standard for a preemie, especially with boys because their lungs are slower to develop. He is doing great despite that, but it is a little hard for the parents because they have not gotten to really spend time with him because he is in the nursery. Everyone who has been thru that knows it is a hard because you want to cuddle!

We also had a shower planned for her on Sunday! It was going to be a huge party and super cute! Since Kelly is doing great with no complications, we are still having it! If you know Kel, you know she is always in fun mode! Patriot needs to get a lot of stuff since he decided it was time to come! Pretty crazy! Feel free to post on her blog to congratulate them!! I'll try to post pictures when we can see him.
