10 to go....
I feel so bad! This is the first week I am late getting my weeekly update out! I wish I could say it was because I was busy, but actually, I was having a very relaxing day! Brent bought me a spa package and I spend all day yesterday getting a pre-natal masssage, facial, manicure and a pedicure!! Then, Brent treated me to dinner along with Benjie and we rented a movie! So, I have no excuse!
Christmas was so lovely! Both Chrsitmas Eve with the Wilsons and Christmas Day with my parents were so relaxing and quiet. I think God let us have that one last quiet Christmas before the house full of laughs,screams and joys of children! I got a lot of really, really neat stuff: jewelry, china, shoes, running stroller and a sewing machine...my new venture! My favorite present was my Sony Digital recorder that Brent gave me! I will have a ton of fun with that!
I got lots of rest over my 5 days off. It was such nice time to relax. My body is growing so quickly. It is so funny to look back at my 12 week picture and remember how huge I thought I was then...I am surely laughing about those feelings now! My back is hurting by the end of the day and I love to milk that for all it's worth :) I am getting a lot of Braxton-Hicks contractions that are pretty uncomfortable at this point. I am still hanging on though!
Brent put all the blinds up in Tristan's roon and put the glider together! It looks like we have a pretty put together nursery at this point! Gammy and I (way more Gammy than me) worked on his painted canvas on Christmas. My mom is so talented. I am so blessed that she is helping so much with painting and making curtains! My plans in the next couple of weeks are to cook, cook, cook! I am going to freeze a bunch of food to make it easier on us when meals stop coming.
We get our 3-D ultrasound tomorrow! I am excited to see what our little nugget looks like! I'll send pics with the next update. Please keep us in your prayers as the weeks dwindle!

I was going to say he looks like Brent, but that is just because he is a boy and so is Brent! HA! Regardless, he does look peaceful and happy...resting up for his debut!

I know you are preggo and probably not all about having a new years resolution about dieting/getting in shape but your kinda a guru in that type of stuff, can I make a blog post request for those of us that need tips to lose our baby weight? I totally understand if that is the farthest thing from your mind right now!

are you kidding? fitness is my forte and i loooove talking about it and giving advice! if you want, i can make you a personal plan, but i will post something about mom's losing the baby weight. as long as you know it is not truly tested by moi, so it will merely be tips!! i would love to! let me know if you are going to be working out at home or a gym...

you crazy girl! i missed the wedding andn i am kicking myself! i had this extrodinarily painful leg thing going on that night and could barely walk. something pregnancy related...you never know what you expect day to day! missed you--tell little les that there would be no way she would flip this big girl over her back these days! ;)
Is the world really ready for two Brent's roaming the earth?! Ohhh the amount of basketball to be seen...it will pretty much rule.

Nicki, he is so perfect! Wow! I can't wait to see him for real. These new ultrasounds just amaze me. We are so excited for ya'll and are praying!!
