I can't believe it was a year ago that you were born! My first nephew. My other, other man! I remember waiting in the waiting room for you to be born. There was so much anticipation for you. We prayed and laughed and then cried. I love you for your easy going attitude because you adapt pretty much anywhere. I love your sweet little grin and that deep voice you have that always catches me off guard! I love your cautious nature--something I hope you will teach your not-so cautious cousin, Tristan one day. I love that I can make you laugh with my silly dances...I wonder if you will still laugh at me when I dance at your sixteenth birthday party...and you betcha, I will do it! I hope you will always count on your Nic Nic and Uncle Brent, for we love you so much. I cannot wait to know you more. I can't wait to see you grow and who you will befriend, what you will like, who you will marry...so many years yet to come. Memories to make. Your first birthday was a great party and I am already looking forward to another wonderful year!
