Tomorrow is my wonderful husband's Birthday! We have actually decided to dedicate the weekend to him--we have a lot of activity going on! His family are HUGE birthday celebrators--something I really had to adapt to and now I love! You get spoiled on your birthday even in your late twenties. Anyway, to honor and (slightly embarrass) him, I wanted to share the reasons I am thankful for him:
*He is funny. He has a sense of humor that no one can match.
*He is smart and adventurous. Some may call him tenacious. He is never afraid to take risks.
* He does the dishes all the time. As well as the laundry, cleans the house and pays the bills.
*He makes breakfast for me every single morning.
*He LOVES sports, but more than just sports. He LOVES BAYLOR sports, proving him to be a loyal person--because we all know it is not easy to consistently love BU sports.
*He is not afraid to tell the truth and take criticism from it.
*He has integrity and character.
*He puts my needs before his own (unless Baylor is playing ;) ).
*He is a fabulous and patient teacher--good for our kids!
*He is a good friend.
*He has become a wonderful man throughout the years, recognizing where change needs to come and acting on it!!
*He is going to be a cool dad. I can't wait to see him in action!
I love you Brent! Have a happy day!
