HIDA SCHMIDA

I got my HIDA scan yesterday in Temple. Yippy! It was 2 1/2 long hours of lying there as they took pics of my faulty gallbladder. Seriously, the tests were abnormal. I am waiting on my dr. to call and let me know what he thinks about the scan results. So, I may have my gallbladder removed and/or I may have hemochromatosis. Still waiting on the results of the other tests too, they are at the Mayo clinic. Who knows!! I would prefer to have just one or none, but there is no bargaining with the good Lord. It is what it is! I will keep you guys updated. Thanks for all your prayers...hopefully we are a little closer?!

Nikki-
If they remove your gall bladder, can i have it. I kind of have a collection going. I wouldn't really call it a collection, I only have one, its inside me. But that is neither here nor there.

Ryan,
Thanks for the prayers! Hopefully now that we are all pretty healthy, at least we can have dinner together!

My dad had to have his gallbladder removed last spring. He has felt so much better since having it done. (Just be sure they tell you what foods to stay away from if you get your gallbladder removed. That was something dad found out the hard way!) I'll be praying for you!

We're definitely keeping you lifted up, Nicki! And I miss seeing your smiling face in choir. Praying that the docs can get you figured out quickly, that you can be healed quickly, and that you're learning all the God has for you in the meantime! Miss ya, girl! :)
